FUTURE VISION

  •

NCC started a series of technical and economic studies aiming to convert 2 Cement mills in production lines 3 and 4 to the closed system, to produce cement of grade 42.5R which is directed mainly for export.

  •

NCC elaborated  preliminary studies to develop and modify production capacity of current mills . These preliminary studies proved the feasibility of this development as:

  •

It is less expensive than constructing a new production line

  •

The production capacity modification is carried out within a minimum investments and within NCC' s economic capacity

  •

It resulted in an increase in production capacity which increases NCC' s marketing share in both local and foreign markets

  •

production capacity of developed mills will be increased from 4500 tons / day to 5700 tons / day for each line i.e. 11,400 tons / day for both lines 3 and 4.

  •

the Consultant firm (Price Water House Coopers) is currently elaborating a detailed financial, technical and marketing study for the project to get the approval to start project implementation.

  •

Serious studies are currently under development for operating the new gypsum factory after completing the necessary modifications.
